Become an Ambassador

Join a growing movement of young people using simple tools to create real opportunity in their communities. Tools to Empower Ambassadors help expand access to our starter kits, lawn care, window cleaning, seasonal tasks, and more, so individuals facing unemployment, homelessness, or financial hardship can launch micro-jobs with dignity.

The future of change starts local. Our Ambassadors are high school and college students who use empathy, initiative, and community leadership to turn simple tools into life-changing opportunities.

What Ambassadors Do

Grow the Program

  • Expand our network of partner libraries, shelters, youth centers, and community hubs

  • Introduce the program to new community spaces

  • Build local partnerships that create sustainable income opportunities

Empower Community Members

  • Train individuals in micro-entrepreneurship using our toolkits

  • Lead short demonstrations or “how-to” sessions

  • Help distribute and maintain toolkits

Strengthen Impact

  • Collect data and success stories to improve the program

  • Share stories of impact to inspire others

  • Help build a sustainable system that lets people earn income quickly and confidently

As an Ambassador, you become:

  • A bridge between neighbors and new possibilities

  • A guide for someone taking their first step toward stable work

  • A leader who empowers change at the local level
